In fact, this chain has even begun testing its first vegan meat option at locations in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington. The animal-free Orange Chicken Lo Mein features a panko-crusted animal-free chicken, snap peas, and cabbage, topped with green onions, black sesame seeds, and cilantro.

How to order it vegan: The spaghetti noodles and marinara sauce are both vegan. You’ll need to ask for no Parmesan cheese and Oven-Roasted Meatballs.
