Juvenile Child Abuser and Cat Killer Charged With Aggravated Cruelty to Animals

A 13-year-old boy beat his foster mother’s son and killed her cat. The juvenile is alleged to have put the cat in a box, taken him to the woods, and beaten him to death with a stick. Thanks to PETA’s putting pressure on the prosecutor, the juvenile was charged with aggravated cruelty to animals.
