Starving His Dogs Puts Maryland Man Behind Bars

PETA was again successful in helping to bring felony charges against an animal abuser, this time in Maryland, where a man starved and severely neglected his dogs. He was convicted and sentenced to 90 days in jail. If it hadn’t been for our involvement, this man would have faced a fine comparable to a parking ticket.
