Chained and Starving Dog Rescued

PETA’s Community Animal Project came to the rescue of a chained dog who was missing most of his hair and was literally starving to death. His owners frankly admitted that they had no idea how to properly care for the dog, so we convinced them to relinquish the him to us for treatment and not to acquire any other animals.
