Avocados contain vitamins A and E (which guard against UV rays and keep skin moisturized), glutathione (a powerful antioxidant), and NMN (a compound thought to have anti-aging effects).
Pro tip: Because of the hormones in dairy, it’s a huge contributor to acne, so wanting good skin is yet another good reason to avoid dairy-based milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter.
