VICTORY: Nosey’s Law Passes in New Jersey Senate

Update: Senate Bill 2508, aka “Nosey’s Law,” passed in the New Jersey Senate on October 20 with a 32–5 vote! There are still many hurdles to overcome in our work to help elephants used for entertainment, but this is a major step forward. We’ll continue to keep you posted on the bill’s progress, and we’ll need your help in urging decisionmakers to support the bill when the time comes. Thank you to all who took action by asking your senator to support the bill. Next stop: the General Assembly!
