Three California Teens Arrested for Hanging 18-Year-Old Cat

Thanks to pressure from PETA, three Pleasanton, California, teens were arrested for killing an 18-year-old cat named Xeno, who was found hanging from a railroad trestle. One of the teens was charged with felony cruelty to animals.
