Kennel Owner Faces 49 Counts of Cruelty to Animals

In Worcester, New York, dozens of dogs in poor health were living at a kennel. PETA notified local officials, who launched a month-long investigation and removed nearly 50 dogs. The kennel owner and manager were arrested and have both been charged with multiple counts of cruelty to animals.
