Illinois Puppy-Killers Charged

Thanks to pressure from PETA, two Illinois men were charged with cruelty for killing a puppy by putting a plastic bag over his head, slitting his throat, and stabbing him to death. The puppy had worms, and the owner wanted to kill him, claiming that it was too costly to have a veterinarian euthanize the puppy.
