Grand Canyon Mule-Beater Terminated

At the Grand Canyon National Park, a trail guide was encouraging clients to beat weary mules used to carry tourists down the perilous trail into the rocky abyss. PETA contacted officials and posted an action alert and the employee is no longer working there.
