Fifty-Two Abused and Neglected Horses Seized

January 2004

PETA received a call about a herd of 52 horses being starved and abused in Pike County, Ohio. Local authorities found one dead horse on the property and dozens of starving horses. We contacted authorities and convinced them to seize all the horses.
