‘Chain Your Door, Not Your Dog’ Billboard Is a Hit!

In late April, PETA debuted its new “Chain your door, not your dog” billboard (alerting people to the dangers that chaining dogs imposes on the animals themselves and the public) in Kentucky after a 4-year-old local girl was critically injured by her family’s pit bull, who was kept chained in the backyard. We received a very supportive response from the community, a local animal control agency, and local media.
