Sincerely, Katerina’s Vegan Peanut Butter and Banana SushiPrint
- 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1 ripe banana, peeled
- Optional: chocolate chips, ground cinnamon
- Spread the peanut butter evenly onto the tortilla.
- Place the banana along the bottom and roll the tortilla around it.
- Cut widthwise into 8 sections.
- Sprinkle with chocolate chips and cinnamon, if using.
