Easiest Vegan Mac ‘n’ Cheese EverPrint
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 cup cashews, soaked for 2 hours and drained
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 8-oz. pkg. pasta, cooked and drained
- Place the garlic, turmeric, salt, nutritional yeast, cashews, and water in a blender. Process until completely smooth.
- Pour over the pasta and stir. Heat before serving.
