Classic Vegan Caprese Panini

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp.  vegan butter
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 Tbsp.  Pesto Vegenaise
  • 2 MozzaRisella Cheddar Slices
  • 3–4  leaves fresh basil
  • 2–3  slices tomato

Instructions

  • Spread the vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Spread the Pesto Vegenaise on the other side of each bread slice and assemble into a sandwich by layering the MozzaRisella slices, basil leaves, and tomato slices.
  • Cook in a panini press, on a grill, or in a frying pan until both sides are browned.
