Classic Vegan Caprese PaniniPrint
- 1 Tbsp. vegan butter
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 1 Tbsp. Pesto Vegenaise
- 2 MozzaRisella Cheddar Slices
- 3–4 leaves fresh basil
- 2–3 slices tomato
- Spread the vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Spread the Pesto Vegenaise on the other side of each bread slice and assemble into a sandwich by layering the MozzaRisella slices, basil leaves, and tomato slices.
- Cook in a panini press, on a grill, or in a frying pan until both sides are browned.
