Tropical Fruit Compote

3 tamarillos
2 papayas
1 can lychee nuts
1/4 cup sugar
Juice and zest of 1/2 lime
2 Tbsp. sake
2 Tbsp. mirin
Cornstarch

• Blanch and peel the tamarillos and peel the papayas.
• Chop the tamarillos, papayas, and lychee nuts.
• Place all the ingredients in a pot and simmer for 5 minutes. Slightly thicken the compote with a little cornstarch.
