1 pkg. rice noodles
1 cup basil leaves
2 Tbsp. black sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/2 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/4 cup olive oil
Salt, to taste
• Cook the noodles according to the package directions. Drain.
• Combine the basil, sesame seeds, garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, and red pepper in a food processor. With the processor running, gradually add the olive oil. Season with the salt.
• Toss the noodles with the pesto. Garnish with sesame seeds.
