Simply Delicious Winter Squash
1 small butternut squash, peeled, halved, and seeds removed
1/2-1 cup water
2 tsp. lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp. maple syrup
• Chop the squash into 1-inch cubes (approximately 4 cups).
• In a pot, combine with the remaining ingredients.
• Cover and simmer over medium heat for approximately 15 minutes, or until fork-tender.
