- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. seasoning salt
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 lb. collard greens, chopped
- 1/2 lb. mustard greens, chopped
- Place the broth, water, liquid smoke, and seasonings in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- Add the onion and greens and simmer for 45 minutes, or until tender.
- Drain and serve. Enjoy.
