Sass’ ‘Caesar Salad Dressing’
1/2 lb. tofu
4 Tbsp. red miso
3 lemons, juiced
2 cloves garlic
4 tsp. nutritional yeast
1 1/4 cups olive oil
Tabasco sauce, to taste
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 tsp. red wine vinegar
• In a blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth.
• Serve immediately.
