1 cup peanuts, roasted and salted
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt, to taste
Fresh coriander leaves

• Mix all the ingredients together, stir thoroughly, then taste and adjust the seasoning.
• Place into a serving bowl, arrange the coriander leaves in the center, and serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings
