1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. marinara sauce
1/4 cup shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
7 vegan pepperoni slices
1 Tbsp. sliced black olives
1/2 Roma tomato
Vegetables of your choice (optional)
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
• Brush the pita with the olive oil and spread on the marinara. Sprinkle the vegan cheese on top, then cover with the vegan pepperoni, the olives, the tomatoes, and any other desired vegetables.
• Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning.
• Bake in a toaster oven at 350°F for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the “cheese” is slightly melted.
