1/4 tsp. cardamom powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1 1/2 cups almond butter
1/2 cup quinoa, toasted
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
3/4 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup pecans or macadamia nuts, toasted

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Add the spices to the maple syrup and rice syrup in a large mixing bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread in a well-oiled 9-inch-by-13-inch casserole dish and bake until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes.
• Allow to completely cool before slicing.
