Italian ‘Chicken’ With Brown Rice
1 1/2 cups diced vegetarian chicken
1/2 cup chopped white onion
2 celery stalks, chopped
1/3 cup peas
1 carrot, chopped
2 cups brown rice
1/4 cup dry white wine
2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
• Combine all the ingredients in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
