Quick and Easy Hummus

1 can chickpeas, drained
3 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic
2 tsp. tahini
2-3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cumin
1/4-1/2 cup water, depending on your desired consistency
Salt, to taste
1/2 tsp. paprika pepper

  • Put the chickpeas, olive oil, garlic, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, and water into a processor or blender and blend into a smooth paste. Gradually add the olive oil, stirring continuously. Stir in the salt and place in a serving dish. Pour the rest of the olive oil over it and sprinkle on the paprika pepper to garnish.
  • Serve at room temperature.
