Easy Peanut Ramen

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vegan ramen noodles (try Ocean’s Halo)
  • 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, chunky or smooth
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • Sugar, to taste
  • Veggies of your choice, optional

Instructions

  • Boil the ramen noodles and drain out most of the water.
  • Mix the peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar well in a small bowl. Toss with the noodles and stir in veggies, if desired.
