3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup red-wine vinegar
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. minced fresh parsley
2 tsp. minced fresh basil
1/2-1 tsp. sugar

• Put all the ingredients into a jar with a tight lid and shake vigorously.
• Good with green salads. If refrigerated, it will keep indefinitely.

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes 1 1/4 cups
