Corn Bread



  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 1/2 cups soy milk


  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine the dry ingredients.
  • Add the oil and soy milk and mix well.
  • Pour into a lightly oiled 8-by-8-inch pan and bake for 30 minutes.
