Coconut Whipped CreamPrint
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk, chilled in the refrigerator overnight
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Without shaking it, open the can of coconut milk.
- Scoop out the thickened coconut milk and place in a large chilled mixing bowl.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix with a hand mixer until combined and fluffy.
Makes 1 1/2 cups
