3 1/4 cups flour (gluten-free if preferred)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 cups dry sweetener
1 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup soy or almond milk
1 cup grain-sweetened vegan chocolate chips

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• In a medium bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the oil, vanilla extract, and soy or almond milk, mixing gently. Fold in the chocolate chips.
• Pour into a greased 10×10-inch baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

Makes 12 bars
