1 bunch broccoli, broken into bite-sized florets, stems peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp. stone-ground or Dijon-style mustard
1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
• Steam the broccoli florets and stems for approximately 5 minutes, or until tender.
• In a bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, mustard, and garlic. Add the steamed broccoli and toss to mix.
• Serve immediately.
