Sam Simon to Host PETA’s Star-Studded Vegan Luau

Bill Maher, Victoria Summer, and Others to Greet Guests, Dine on Vegan Hawaiian Treats, and More

Los Angeles – A slew of animal-friendly celebrities—including Bill Maher, Victoria Summer, Rocsi Diaz, and more—will get “lei’d” at Sam Simon’s beautiful Pacific Palisades home on Saturday, where the Simpsons co-creator will host PETA’s autumn fundraiser: a vegan luau. Guests will sip exotic tropical drinks, get their hula on, tell stories by the fire, and dine on animal-free takes on classic Hawaiian foods, including vegan spam musubi, teriyaki sliders, vegetable fried rice, and more.

When:   Saturday, September 20, 6–9 p.m.

Where:  Near Sunset Boulevard and the Pacific Coast Highway, Pacific Palisades, Calif. (Exact location to be announced after attendance is confirmed.)

Photo-Op: Bill Maher, Victoria Summer, Constance Marie, Holly Marie Combs, Michael Vartan, Lisa Bloom, Rocsi Diaz, Bret Lockett, and more celebrities will be attending PETA’s star-studded vegan luau at the home of Simpsons co-creator Sam Simon, the “Big Kahuna” himself.
