Dodger Stadium earned the number four ranking on PETA’s Top 10 Vegan-Friendly Ballparks list for its veggie sushi wraps, Vietnamese noodle salad, and cruelty-free twists on fan favorites such as hearty veggie dogs and vegan nachos.

“The Dodgers are serious heavy-hitters when it comes to delicious animal-free fare,” says PETA Executive Vice President Tracy Reiman. “No vegan will dodge Dodger Stadium with treats like dairy-free nachos with tomatillo avocado sauce and pineapple Dole Whip up for grabs.”

PETA—whose motto reads, in part, that “animals are not ours to eat”—notes that going vegan would afford baseball players and their fans the time to enjoy more ballgames, since eating meat and other animal-derived foods has been conclusively linked to a higher risk of suffering from heart disease, strokes, diabetes, obesity, and cancer. In addition, every vegan saves more than 100 animals a year from a terrifying death in today’s industrialized meat, egg, and dairy industries.

Dodger Stadium will receive a framed certificate from PETA. To view the complete rankings, please see PETA’s blog post about its list of the 2017 Top 10 Vegan-Friendly Ballparks.
