Beach body not ready yet? No worries—just pull a Beyoncé and go vegan.

Just in time for summer, PETA is offering the public the chance to try the same 22-day vegan cleanse that helped Beyoncé, Jay Z, J.Lo, and Ryan Seacrest get into shape. With just a quick, 100 percent free sign-up at (starting June 18), curious omnivores will gain access to a specially created program of animal-free recipes and dietary tips personally compiled by the creator of the diet himself, Marco Borges.

Borges, whose program has been featured on E!, Entertainment Tonight, and Extra, believes that people can make or break a habit in 21 days and hopes that the 22nd day of his program will mark the beginning of a new, healthy habit of eating delicious vegan foods. Studies show that people who follow plant-based diets have a much lower risk of developing diabetes or heart disease or having a stroke. They’re also 10 to 20 pounds lighter than omnivores, on average.

As Jennifer Lopez puts it: “You do feel better. I do recommend the vegan diet because you wake up and feel great!”
