At last week’s climate summit in Paris, Arnold Schwarzenegger encouraged the international audience to help fight climate change by choosing plant-based meals—and in thanks, PETA (whose motto reads, in part, that “animals are not ours to eat”) is sending the former governor a beautiful bouquet made of … fresh vegetables.

“When a world-famous bodybuilding champion and muscular movie star endorses eco-friendly, plant-based meals, people sit up and listen,” says PETA Senior Vice President Lisa Lange. “PETA welcomes Arnold Schwarzenegger to the ranks of others in the spotlight—including Bill Clinton, James Cameron, and Liam Hemsworth—who recognize that vegan meals are an essential tool for offsetting the effects of climate change, not to mention helping animals and your own health.”
