Pumpkin-flavored treats are everywhere at this time of year, but you ain’t seen nothin’ yet. Kite Hill, a company that specializes in rich, almond-based cheeses (and other products such as ravioli and yogurt), just released two cheesecakes. There’s an original flavor and the Pumpkin Cheesecake Tart, which is baked with creamy almond-milk ricotta and real pumpkin in a gingersnap crust.
