Kite Hill Announces New Ravioli Made With Artisan Vegan Cheese
Artisanal vegan cheese is growing in popularity, and Kite Hill is helping to lead the revolution. (Read the company’s fascinating back story.) It recently added ravioli to its product line, which currently includes soft almond-milk cheeses and a variety of spreads.
By now, you’re probably asking yourself, “What flavors are available?” Well, there’s Mushroom and Ricotta—filled with whipped vegan ricotta cheese, garlic, and sautéed mushrooms—and Spinach and Ricotta. The ravioli pasta is of high quality and made by local artisans. Kite Hill suggests pairing these ravioli with a white wine or a rosé. We’re sold!
