- Just ahead of the release of her book The EveryGirl’s Guide to Diet and Fitness, Maria Menounos revealed one of her secrets to Rachael Ray: She, too, is discovering the power of plants. “My dad’s become a vegetarian as of the last, like, two years,” she said. “So we’ve been trying to make more vegetarian meals for him, and it ends up making us healthier, too.”
