PETA Appeals Kentucky Horse Racing Commission’s Decision on Asmussen Investigation

PETA is appealing the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission’s decision on its Asmussen investigation, which was deeply flawed in numerous ways. The commission’s report, which appears to have been written with a brush and bucket of white paint, is rife with misleading statements, lacks the legal analysis expected of a government report, and reeks of bias, among other problems.
