Newsday Asks for Pictures of Ringling, Is Flooded With Protest Photos

Now that The Cruelest Show on Earth is ending, Newsday asked readers to submit photos of their “memories” of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. It received so many pictures in which compassionate people were speaking out against animal abuse that it devoted an entire story to Ringling protests through the years.
