Federal Report Says Vegan Diet is Best for The Planet

The Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee, a federally appointed panel of nutritionists that helps set national dietary guidelines, has issued a report recommending Americans eat less meat. Read the full report at TheHill.com.

In the 571-page report, the committee states that a vegan diet has less of an environmental impact and highlights research showing that a vegan diet has the most potential health benefits.
