Cee Lo Says ‘F*#& You’ to Meat

Published by PETA.

In a bid to ward off that pain in his chest, Grammy-nominated musician Cee Lo has resolved to go vegetarian in the new year. The Gnarls Barkley singer and new grandpa (at the ripe old age of 35) told the UK’s Sun newspaper that he wants to start eating better so that he’ll have more years to spend with his family.

“I think I’m gonna stop eating meat,” he said, perhaps inspired by his longtime friend and Sexiest Vegetarian Alive veteran Andre 3000. “[I]t’s definitely about being healthy. That’s become a bit of a concern recently for me. … I’ve got to stick around for my little ones.”

We wish Cee Lo the best—and to help him keep his resolution, we’re sending him a vegetarian/vegan starter kit and some yummy vegan starter snacks.
