Carrots Go Commando!

A Bunch of Carrot Farmers (seriously, that’s their name) have kicked off a campaign to get folks to eat baby carrots like junk food with a series of funny, cliché-skewering commercials. But one of them—showing a redhead (carrot top, geddit?) in military garb firing baby carrots at a guy zooming off a cliff (don’t try this at home)—may look familiar to anyone who’s encountered PETA’s own Carrot Commandos, seen here on maneuvers in New Jersey:

OK, so the baby carrot ad might be a teensy bit derivative, but we’re all for any efforts to promote eating healthy veggie foods—though there are cheaper and easier ways to get the message out there!
