USDA Terminates Tiger Show Operator Michael Todd’s Exhibitor’s License

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) terminated tiger show operator Michael Todd’s exhibitor’s license after finding a history of Animal Welfare Act (AWA) violations by him and his employee Marcus Cook, a notorious animal exploiter. PETA has been pressuring the USDA for years to revoke Todd’s license due to his continued employment of Cook despite his nearly 100 AWA violations.
