Kwik Trip Cuts Funding for Institute’s Barbaric Animal Tests After Push From PETA

Kwik Trip, one of the largest privately held convenience store chains with over 900 stores across the Midwest, has stopped the University of Wisconsin–Madison Food Research Institute from using the company’s sponsorship money to fund cruel and pointless experiments on animals after hearing from PETA. Kwik Trip restricted its support of the institute after PETA informed the company that the institute can use the Kwik Trip’s donations to fund experiments such as force-feeding mice parasite-infested feces, poisoning pregnant monkeys and killing their unborn babies, and other deadly experiments.
