International Real Estate Company Posts Hot-Car Warnings

After hearing from PETA, The Cordish Companies—whose portfolio includes dozens of notable properties, including Charleston Place and Xfinitity Live!—posted signs to warn about the deadly danger of leaving dogs and children unattended in parked cars. It also asked security personnel at its properties to be on the lookout for them. It joins Simon Property Group, Walmart, and many others that have shared similar lifesaving messages. If you see an animal or a child left alone in a vehicle, quickly take down the car’s color, make, model, and license plate number and have the owner paged in nearby buildings. Call the local police if necessary, and don’t leave the scene until the situation has been resolved. Click here for more ways to help animals during hot weather.
