Creamy Chive Mashed Potatoes

5 large potatoes, diced
1 cup liquid nondairy creamer (try Silk brand)
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

• Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes.
• Drain the potatoes, place in a bowl with the remaining ingredients, and mix until smooth.
• Serve hot.

Makes 4 to 5 servings

      I am a previous carnivore , But after seeing marisa’s ” VEGUCATED” and hear her talk about the vegan challenge I am trying it so it has been hard, I had no idea how much we depend on Animal by-products , no wonder the market and treament is the way it is, but I am also looking at GMO free seeds and vegies, Thank you for all your comments and I wish all who are new to this Give It A Chance you will feel great…:)

      Earth Balance is a good-tasting margarine made with food. I think the ingredients are pretty impressive.

      You just lost me with the suggestion of margarine! Are you joking?!?! Margarine isn’t a real food and our body doesn’t know how to process it. Darn, I am so disappointed in this!

      you need atleast double 1200 calories a day. limit the fat in your diet and you loose weight

      No one should be on a 900 calorie diet, you should be eating at least 1200 calories a day to be healthy.
