Yes, it's made in China, but not SOLD in China. It does not demand animals testing for products made in the country if they are not sold there. Hence why products like WnW and E.L.F. are cheap.

I too am confused i bought shany makeup when i recvd it it was made in china and you all state ifs its being sold in china its being tested on animal please tell us whats going on

But, WnW products are made in China, a country that demands animal testing on cosmetics. That confuses me.

Thank goodness for Wet n' Wild cosmetics brand. If you visit their website and click on the 'Contact' tab located towards the bottom of the left-hand side of the homepage, you will be redirected to the FAQs section, which lists VEGAN products offered by Wet n' Wild. Yes, there are VEGAN options, so no one has to worry about animal derived ingredients in their eye/lip liner pencil or lipstick again! Thank you for the wonderful article PETA.
