Vegetable Fried Rice
1 Tbsp. margarine
150 g cooked brown rice
Soya sauce, to taste
50 g onion, chopped
50 g celery, chopped
50 g green pepper, chopped
50 g carrot, shredded
50 g squash, chopped
• In a non-stick frying pan, melt the margarine.
• Add the cooked rice and sprinkle with soya sauce. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook on medium-low heat for 5 to 10 minutes.
• Add other vegetables, such as broccoli, as desired.
