Vegan Coconut Cream



  • 1 can coconut milk (look for one without emulsifiers)
  • 1 tsp. salt


  • Heat the coconut milk and salt in a small pan on medium-low heat until thickened, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Makes 2 cups
